Who processes your data
Mellkar, a trading company in raw materials and industrial products. For anything related to this policy, write to contact@mellkar.com.
What we collect
Only what you type. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and lets you indicate which material you are enquiring about. There are no other fields, and we obtain no data about you from any other source.
When you submit the form, our server reads your IP address for a few seconds in order to limit submissions and block automated mail. That value is neither stored nor linked to your message: it lives in memory for a few minutes and disappears.
What we use it for
To reply to you and, if the conversation progresses, to prepare and follow up a quotation. Nothing else.
We do not send unsolicited commercial mail, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.
Who else sees it
Two providers, and only what is strictly needed for the site to work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and handles requests.
- Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox.
Both operate outside your country and process data under their own terms. There is no other third party: this site carries no analytics, no tracking pixels and no social media scripts.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. None of our own and none from third parties, neither analytical nor advertising. That is why you will not see a banner asking you to accept them: there is nothing to accept.
The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, in local storage. It is your preference, it stays on your device, it never travels to a server, and you can remove it by clearing the site's data.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for the duration of the conversation and, if they turn into a transaction, for as long as the corresponding commercial and tax records require. If you ask us to delete your message and no legal obligation prevents it, we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Write to contact@mellkar.com from the address you contacted us with.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the revision date shown above. Substantive changes are announced on the site itself.
